In an official announcement by the representative of Domotex exhibition in Iran, it has been revealed that 29 prominent Iranian carpet companies are set to participate in the upcoming Domotex Middle East exhibition. Scheduled to take place from April 23 to 25 in Dubai, this exhibition promises to be a significant platform for the Iranian carpet industry.
Among the noteworthy participants are Azimzadeh Carpet Company, Heritage Carpet, and Suleiman Carpet, each securing substantial booth spaces of 852 square meters, 420 square meters, and 420 square meters respectively. The cumulative area occupied by Iranian companies amounts to 4360 square meters, with approximately 1400 square meters dedicated to showcasing exquisite Iranian handmade carpets.
Expectations are high among Iranian companies and exhibitors, who anticipate the Dubai Fair to be a pivotal event in recent years for the carpet and flooring sector. With the United Arab Emirates (UAE) being a major producer of both machine-made and hand-woven carpets, the exhibition holds great potential for forging lucrative business partnerships.
Dubai’s strategic location and unparalleled economic, logistic, and tourist infrastructure make it an ideal host for such events, attracting a diverse array of carpet buyers from across the Middle East and beyond. As preparations intensify for the exhibition, industry stakeholders remain optimistic about the opportunities it presents for showcasing the craftsmanship and heritage of Iranian carpets on a global stage.
