J+J Flooring has announced the launch of its newest carpet tile range, The Fields Collection, a biophilic-inspired line that draws aesthetic cues from the gentle motion of grain fields and meadow landscapes. This serene collection introduces two complementary patterns, Wheat and Rye, designed to work together seamlessly to enhance interior spaces with a sense of natural calm and movement.

Two Patterns, One Harmonious Landscape
While both Wheat and Rye share the same yarn color palette, they differ in yarn placement and texture to offer distinct visual effects:
- Wheat captures the flowing motion of wind-swept stalks with a color wash that softly transitions across each 18 x 36-inch tile. The result is a dynamic, painterly design that mimics the shifting light and rhythm of open fields.
- Rye, in contrast, presents a more uniform color distribution with a tighter texture. The pattern reflects the interplay of light and shadow across wild grass, offering a sense of grounded structure and tranquility.
Each design is available in nine versatile colorways, offering designers flexibility in creating balanced, cohesive environments that reflect nature’s understated elegance.
Sustainable Materials and Performance-Driven Backing
Both patterns are constructed using 100% Encore® SD Ultima® nylon, known for its durability and high-performance in heavy-use areas. Sustainability also remains a core focus, with the standard Nexus® Modular backing containing pre-consumer recycled content and eligible for landfill diversion through the J+J Flooring Reclamation Program.
Customers can also opt for the Advance® Modular Carpet Backing, which is PVC-free and engineered to deliver enhanced performance characteristics for commercial installations.
