Tarkett has announced significant updates to its Acczent Woods & Stones heterogeneous vinyl sheet flooring collection, expanding its range and enhancing performance features to meet the rigorous demands of high-traffic and healthcare environments.
The refreshed collection now includes 30 refined wood patterns and 8 elegant stone visuals, all with a matte finish that balances aesthetic warmth with professional durability.

At the heart of Acczent’s performance is a 32-mil wear layer protected by Techtonic™ XD, Tarkett’s advanced, excimer-cured coating. This finish resists stains, scratches, and scuffs without the need for additional floor finishes. Independent ASTM F925 testing confirms Techtonic XD’s superior resistance to the harshest medical and chemical staining agents, outperforming a leading competitor against 65% of test substances.

Ideal for healthcare applications, Acczent is installed using thermo-fused welded seams that create a hygienic, monolithic surface for easy cleaning. Tarkett’s RollSmart adhesive, which is approved for use under hospital beds, also allows for faster installation and immediate occupancy.
Designed for visual coordination, Acczent complements Tarkett’s iD Latitude LVT collection, allowing designers to create cohesive spaces with diverse functional needs. Tarkett also offers Designer on Demand, a service enabling direct collaboration with in-house experts to bring unique flooring layouts to life.
Sustainability and wellness remain central to the collection, which is Certified Asthma & Allergy Friendly, ortho-phthalate–free, and eligible for Tarkett’s ReStart® take-back and recycling program at end-of-life.
