Shaw Contract has unveiled EcoWorx™ Resilient, a breakthrough in sustainable flooring that delivers the performance and visual appeal of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) without the environmental drawbacks of PVC. The new resilient platform is PVC-free, fully closed-loop recyclable, and optimised for low embodied carbon, offering a circular solution for commercial flooring.
Building on the success of its Cradle-to-Cradle certified EcoWorx® carpet tile platform, Shaw Contract’s latest innovation pushes the boundaries of material health and product circularity. At the end of its life, EcoWorx™ Resilient will be reclaimed and recycled through Shaw’s re[TURN]® Reclamation Programme into new flooring products, eliminating waste and supporting circular design.

The first collection under this new platform, Art + Science, boasts a low Global Warming Potential (GWP) score of 5.2 kg CO₂/m², contains 25% recycled content, and is made without harmful additives like plasticisers, stabilisers, and chlorine. Materials such as recycled yoghurt pots are repurposed to create durable, attractive flooring that supports healthier indoor environments.
