Kasyan Electronics, a company operating in Iran’s textile machinery electronics sector since 2011, has announced the expansion of its services and product line aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs for textile manufacturers.
According to CEO Meysam Shajari, the company has developed more than 15 functional and industry-focused electronic products over the past decade—solutions designed to respond to real production needs rather than purely theoretical innovation.
Kasyan Strengthens Weaving Support
Shajari highlighted that one of Kasyan’s core strengths lies in the repair and refurbishment of critical electronic components used in Vandewiele and Schönherr weaving machines—systems that are widely used in Iran’s machine-made carpet industry. Their services include maintenance and redesign of sensitive elements such as Jacquard boards, weft selectors, warp control units, GC5 modules, and other electronic components that are often costly to replace.
He noted that these services have helped many textile manufacturers extend the lifespan of older machinery, although the industry’s long-standing reliance on aging equipment continues to be a challenge that no single service provider can fully solve.
Shajari stated that Kasyan’s long-term objective is to support cost reduction and enhance productivity, emphasizing that the company’s solutions are intended to make production lines more stable and efficient. However, he also acknowledged that broader progress in Iran’s textile sector requires modernization at a national level, beyond the capabilities of individual companies.
Despite existing industry constraints, Kasyan Electronics aims to position itself as a reliable technical partner by combining in-house product development with ongoing technical support.
